Shipping, Exchanges + Returns

Shipping Policy
We are committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible, all of our products are handcrafted to order. This saves the life line of the stones and cording from damages and absorbing energies. 
Please allow 3-5 business days for items to be shipped. In the circumstance of delays in processing and or shipping, the customer will be notified. 
All orders are fulfilled through Canada Post from Canada. 
Shipping within Canada:
- $5.00 shipping will not include insurance or tracking information, this will have no set window for delivery time. 
- $10.00 Shipping will include a tracking number, $100 insurance and will usually arrive within 1-7 business days of the date shipped. Tracking number will be provided via email once item is shipped. 
Shipping International:
- $10.00 Shipping will not include insurance or tracking information, this will have no set window for delivery time. 
- $15.00 Shipping will include a tracking number, $100 insurance and will usually arrive within 1-7 business days of the date shipped. Tracking number will be provided via email once item is shipped.

Mindfulbliss is not responsible for Lost or stolen packages, customs fees involved with the delivery of packages for international orders. 
Please ensure to double check your shipping address before placing your order, as Mindfulbliss is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect address information.
Exchanges + Returns 
We will gladly accept unworn, or defective products within 30 days of purchase for either a refund or exchange. Please email Mindfulbliss@outlook.com with your information, for defective products please include a picture for our reference. 
Mindfulbliss takes great are to insure each product is properly shipped and packaged. However accidents due happen. 
If your package arrives damaged, please email us a photo to Mindfulbliss@outlook.com with your order number and information. 
For returns the customer is responsible for the return shipping, once we receive the package the refund/credit will apply. Mindfulbliss is not responsible for items lost in transit when returning items.
